Please be aware that purchases made over the weekend and public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Each item is sent with a tracked service. You will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as a shipping confirmation email once your item is on its way to you.

Ready to ship items will be shipped 1–3 days after purchase. 
 
Made to order items will be made within 2–3 weeks of your purchase. The making period depends on type of the garment, fabric, design changes, sizing and time of the year. Please allow this time before shipping.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for all import duties, taxes and administration charges that may be applied by their local customs authorities. These charges are out of KAROLINA OZOLINSIUTE control and depend on the country.
 

RETURNS


We hope you’ll love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from receipt to return your item.

Custom-made or altered garments are non-returnable, as they are created specifically to meet individual customer requirements. Each piece requires significant time, skill, and care, so we kindly ask you to place orders thoughtfully and take all necessary measurements carefully.

Head accessories are not returnable following health, hygiene and safety measures.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@karolinaozolinsiute.com, and we will guide you through the process. Please note the order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your card issuer, refunds may take a few days to process. This is beyond our control.
